Kristin K. Brawley, Consultant Embry Riddle University Louisiana State University Ms. Brawley has an extensive background in military and commercial aviation. With over 17 years of military experience, Ms. Brawley has served as a pilot, project manager, safety officer, and flight commander. She also served as the Deputy Chief of Air Traffic Operations. Her military career efforts focus on safety and operational risk management and air traffic control. Ms. Brawley’s civilian experience includes serving as a first officer for United Airlines. Ms. Brawley has completed extensive training of the Federal Aviation Regulations, International Civil Aviation Organization regulations, crew resource management, and error management and accident prevention. As an advanced technology integration subject matter expert, Ms. Brawley has developed efficient, effective crew interfaces and evaluation protocols and training systems, and focuses on writing regulatory publications and aircraft manuals, and designing advanced technology checklists.
