Ms. Kotova has experience with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Web‑based financial tools, such as the procurement system (Delphi), financial system (PRISM) such as Financial Management System (FMS), Budget Execution Module (BXM), Simplified Program Information Reporting and Evaluation (SPIRE) and Capital Budget System.
Ms. Kotova performs qualitative and quantitative analyses including project planning and execution, life cycle acquisition planning and management, along with risk analysis and mitigation plan development. She also prepares contractor earned value/performance reports and analysis in order to classify and summarize data for the preparation of earned value management reporting. Ms. Kotova handles work breakdown structures, cost accounting principle/financial models, schedule development and analysis, and technical performance measurements. She supports the execution of the System Safety Management Transformation (SSMT) System Safety Assessment work plan, provides program management support using data entry tools such as Primavera; maintains SSMT facilities and equipment (F&E) spend plan and updates with new commitments, contract awards, and modifications; and creates expenditure and monthly milestone/deliverable report for Next Generation Air Transportation System Integration and Implementation Group.
